Meet “Granny aka Grand Canyon”
Ready for adoption! Meet Grand Canyon, affectionately known as Granny—a stunning young cat with deep burnt orange fur and subtle tabby undertones that give him the rich, layered look of his namesake. He’s less than a year old, full of curiosity and charm, and once he’s comfortable, he’s a total sweetheart who enjoys hanging out nearby and keeping you company.
Granny came from the same hoarding situation as his brother Ozzy, and like Ozzy, he has adapted beautifully to life in foster care. He’s playful, gentle, and social with other cats. He was also reportedly around dogs in his previous home, so he may adjust to a cat-savvy dog with a proper introduction.
Unlike Ozzy, Granny has no flea allergies, so he’s more flexible with the types of homes he can thrive in. He would do well solo or in a multi-cat household. Although they’re not currently in the same foster home, it would be lovely (but not required!) for Granny and Ozzy to be adopted together.
Granny has been neutered, microchipped, SNAP tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and received his first FVRCP vaccine. He may be a little reserved at first, so a calmer home without loud young children is ideal. INDOOR-ONLY HOME REQUIRED.
