Meet “Squat Rack”

🐾 Ready to Flex Your Adoption Muscles?

Meet Squat Rack — a sweet and sassy calico kitten who’s finally ready to find her forever home.

Once a little firecracker, Squatty has blossomed into a loving and affectionate companion. She adores her foster mom (and the feeling is mutual!), but her foster already has three cats and simply can’t keep her. Squatty gets along beautifully with those big kitties too — she’s learned the ropes from the best.

After spending the last four weeks bonding with her foster family and feline friends, Squatty will need a little time to adjust to a new home. We recommend starting her off in a small space, like a bathroom or bedroom, so she can get used to her new surroundings without feeling overwhelmed. She’s still just a tiny wee one, and while she may hiss a little out of fear at first (total stranger danger!), she’s full of love — just check out the photos for proof.

We’ve rescued so many kittens named Luna and Stella since 2017 that we decided to mix it up. So now… we lift.

Squat Rack is a gym rat in kitten form — playful, curious, and working through those last bits of kitten confidence. She’ll thrive with an experienced cat owner who understands the beauty of earning trust one purr at a time. She’s got a big heart, a gentle spirit, and a dash of diva energy.

Here’s what Squatty wants:

  • A calm home without dogs or kids under 8 (she’s a princess — and princesses don’t tolerate squealing, chasing, or being carried around like a sack of potatoes).

  • Gentle structure, patience, and plenty of cuddles (with nose boops enforced, of course).

  • A human who will respect her space but also show her love, so she continues to bloom.

Squatty’s mom, Cable Cross (aka Marigold), was abandoned while pregnant, but it was clear she didn’t belong on the streets. Marigold is also available for adoption. Squatty’s brother, Bench Press, is already living his best life with his new adopted brother — they’re two peas in a pod.

🩺 Adoption Details:

  • Spayed (7/15)

  • Microchipped

  • First FVRCP vaccine

  • Flea-treated & dewormed

  • Fully litter box trained

💵 Adoption Fee: $200

(Our spay cost recently jumped from $85 to $185 due to price increases at the Humane Society, which our vet now matches. This fee doesn’t even cover all expenses — vaccines, dewormer, food, microchips, meds, litter — but it helps us keep saving kittens. Without it, we’d have to shut our doors.)
