“Callie” is gorgeous, friendly kitty (approx. a 1 year old spayed female) was given a home when she was a kitten, but as she got older her owner had health issues. She wasn’t spayed and when she got out ‘by accident’ she came home with a litter of kittens.
One of our Joanne’s Feral Friends fosters was notified of the situation and had her spayed for her “owner”. Sadly, her original “owner” doesn’t think she has enough money to keep her anymore.
Poor Callie has been living an indoor/outdoor lifestyle, but she prefers to be indoors snuggling and sleeping with her favorite person. She is very friendly and litterbox trained – she is looking for someone to save her life. Although she would rather be indoors only (most of our kitties prefer this lifestyle for safety’s sake), she has been living outdoors with nowhere safe to go at night … so an indoor/outdoor home would be an improvement in her situation. She is ready & available for immediate adoption!
