Adoption fee for kittens under 18 weeks old from Joanne’s Furry Friends is $150. The adoption fee helps us to pay for their first round of vaccinations, spay/neuter and microchip. We will also waive the adoption fee on a second kitten – kittens are always better together! The additional cost of raising a kitten (food, de-worming, flea treatments, basic medical, litter etc. for many weeks is much more than the adoption fee. We do NOT offer free kittens. None of our kittens are purebred – all are rescued from the streets. All donations are extremely appreciated > Donate Now.

For adults and kittens over 18 weeks old, we will waive or reduce the adoption fee to the right home! We are also willing to arrange transport across the US for adult kitties. We have delivered special adult cats to indoor homes in Nevada, Maine, Washington, Idaho, Georgia and Massachusetts!

All of our kittens and cats require INDOOR ONLY homes. We do sometimes have feral or semi-feral cats that need a safe outdoor home because we cannot return them to where they were trapped in some rare situations.
