Meet “Alabama aka ‘Bama”
Meet Alabama, or as we call him, ‘Bama – he is looking for a forever home! This little man is on a mission for every big play he can squeeze into a day (he’s quick to follow you out the door, always ready to join his team – so you have to be ready to block his play)! Bama is snuggly, handsome, a complete lover off the field, and fearless – the heart of the gridiron action. Just like his teammates (Virginia and Kentucky), he’ll purr like a victory chant, setting the stage for game day.
‘Bama and his crew were rescued from a hoarder in Clairemont (a total of 47 kitties in a month), where two of his siblings didn’t make it due to neglect and mistreatment before we were allowed to help. But ‘Bama’s a fighter, just like your favorite college football team!
🏈🐱He’s a champ with well-behaved dogs and kids, and once he gets properly introduced, he’s all about making furry friends. Tuck, Ginny and ‘Bama are extremely outgoing because they’ve been raised by their foster parents since they were a teeny tiny three weeks old.

Alabama is neutered, microchipped, negative for FeLV/FIV, has had his first FVRCP vaccine and is of course fully trained in the litterbox game. Alabama is a touchdown thanks to the TLC from their foster families.
Alabama was adopted for two weeks, but the other cat in the home came from a rough background and she just couldn’t wrap her mind around a kitten in the house. He put up with her attacking him, but it wasn’t a good fit for the older kitty. His original adopter is devastated and just wants him to find a wonderful home with another kitty that doesn’t want to hurt him.
