Meet “Angel”

My new name is Angel… my foster mommy says that is because I am the SWEETEST kitty she has ever hosted. My favorite things are to purr so hard I drool, make biscuits while drooling on my feet, and to eat! I’ve heard people say that I’m pudgy, but I think I’m just well padded. I can’t remember what my name used to be. I showed up next to a super busy street in Del Mar about three weeks ago in the pouring rain. Luckily that nice family fed me for two weeks, I know they worried that I might be pregnant, but I’m not. I am spayed. I used to have a home, but I can’t find it. I know that my picture has been all over the internet and on flyers, but nobody has come forward who remembers my original name (or where my home is). I really just want to love on a people all day. I will be extremely happy wherever there is a human to give me love. I’m very brave – even when I was stuck outside in the the bad weather without my family, I was so loving I got extra cans of food in the backyard. Once Joanne’s Furry Friends rescued me, I even let my foster mama shave my belly while I purred, no fuss, no muss – that’s how they know I am spayed. I think I am an exceptional kitty, and my foster mama agrees that I am truly an angel! My foster mama says that I am like a Walmart greeter – whatever that means!
