Hi, my name is Fitz and I need a special adopter. I need an adopter who is patient and willing to give me time to adjust and also a home with no young children.
I hiss a lot, but never bite. I was trapped 3 weeks ago and am still adjusting to humans. I’m starting to learn to love my foster family and have even started playing with toys with them, but I still get very tense and want to run and hide at times. Once you hold me, I will settle down and fall asleep in your arms. I just need someone who is patient and willing to help me work through my anxiety issues. If you think you’re the perfect adopter for me, please fill out an application. I’m 10 weeks old, neutered/vaccinated/de-wormed/de-flea’d and ready to find my forever home to settle down in. 
Fitz and his siblings were trapped at about 7 weeks old. They had one of the worst cases of fleas we have ever seen on kittens, they were literally being eaten alive. Little sister Roxy, took about 3 extra days to drop trap, but we didn’t give up on her. We went back everyday even though we were getting bitten by hundreds of fleas ourselves until Roxy was trapped and was safe. We were also able to TNR the momma cat.
