Meet “Good Sam”
Meet Good Sam! She was found somewhere in Murrieta by a Good Samaritan who rushed her (and a dog found with her) to the VCA Animal Hospital. She was touch and go for over a week – so dehydrated, covered in fleas, and reluctant to eat. She couldn’t be turned over to the animal shelter because they would have euthanized her, so the VCA techs held her, treated her, poured their love and life into her. She pulled through, but she still couldn’t go to the kill shelter, so we were asked as a favor to help. Just like little Sam won the tech’s love at VCA, we couldn’t say no. She is a hilarious kitten with the funniest sense of humor. She will chase her tail around for 15 minutes at a time. She is gentle with her paws, but LOVES to play. She really needs to be in a house with another kitty as she takes their cues, she loves to be a little follower. It wasn’t easy being poked and prodded and being in a cage for close to three weeks getting IV fluids and meds, so she is looking for a soft home full of love. She is negative for Feline Aids and Feline Leukemia. Her eyes are clear and her lungs are great! Sweet Sam has been spayed, vaccinated, flea treated, de-wormed, and microchipped.
Located in San Diego, CA – her adoption fee is $75. She will make you laugh and smile as they play and purr and play and sleep snuggled up next to you at night. Her little masked face is hilarious! Her super obese foster mama cat LOVES her – she even tries to play with her! She is just great – her fun is totally contagious!
