Meet “Penguin”

Meet Penguin, this little, tiny tuxedo, who is looking for a forever home! Penguin was rescued from a horse ranch in Riverside County where the owner believes that kittens should be continuously born, only to be eaten by coyotes. The owner refuses to allow Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for her barn cats, perpetuating a constant cycle of suffering. Penguin was one of the fortunate kittens we receive periodically from this location, thanks to the manager’s ability to sometimes smuggle them out without the owner’s knowledge.

Penguin is super outgoing, friendly, and extremely grateful for her second chance at life! She has been with us since she was four weeks old so she doesn’t remember starvation or fear. The world is her oyster! She just needs some forever humans to share it with! 🐱🏡

She gets along great with other cats, polite dogs, and respectful kids. Penguin would be very lonely in a house without another kitty; she would need to be entertained by her human a lot if there are no other cats for her to play with. 🐶👧
