Meet “Pez”

This gorgeous ginger boy, Pez and his bro, Poe, were rescued from a horse ranch in Riverside County. We were surprised that they were friendly right from the start, enjoying chin rubs, cuddles, and playtime. Pez is a mega purrer; he sleeps next to his foster mama all night long providing soft purring as white noise. He’s got the softest swirly orange fur and the coolest blue eyes! He will need another kitty sibling in his new home.  When he met foster mama kitty, FurrLecia, he trusted extremely quickly, becoming brave and social, following her lead in a new place. Pez, this awesome and sweet foster kitten, is as gentle as can be; he’ll even let you rub his belly and give your fingers a little licks once he knows you. Because they used to live in the wild, they’re a bit wary of strangers at first—just a survival thing. Their mom and sisters went back to the ranch because they were too spicy to be tamed to be pets. We are looking for a forever INDOOR ONLY home where Pez can live happily without worrying about becoming coyote snacks or scrounging for food. 🐱🏡
