Meet “Sirius”

Urgent: Help Needed in Idaho/Washington! Sirius needs an adopter again! His former adopter has had a catastrophe and can’t keep him.

In 2022, we rescued a sweet Russian Blue-like kitty named Sirius Black. He was abandoned by the San Diego Humane Society, who tipped his ear and released him near the former Qualcomm Stadium and the 8 Freeway. Sirius, being such a gentle soul, allowed himself to be trapped twice (we messed up the first time, and he calmly walked back into the trap just to be helpful – he is a giant love sponge!).

After rescuing him, we found Sirius a wonderful home with a kind man in Post Falls, Idaho, just across the border from Spokane, Washington. A caring young woman couriered Sirius to his new home. Life was perfect for Sirius.

But now, Sirius urgently need help. Sirius has had an amazing three years (he likely wouldn’t have survived where he was abandoned), but circumstances have changed, and he needs a new home immediately.

Sirius deserves a loving, safe indoor home—its breaking our hearts. Instead, fill yours by giving Sirius a forever home before Valentine’s Day.

Sirius has been neutered, vaccinated for Rabies and FVRCP, treated for fleas and worms and parasites.

Located in Post Falls, ID (near Spokane Washingtong) we will arrange delivery throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon or even get him back down here to San Diego – his adoption fee is waived to an INDOOR ONLY HOME!
