Meet “Luca”
Luca is ridiculously cool 😎, super outgoing 🐾, and as sweet as he is handsome—basically, a perfect house panther 🖤. And he’s huge (seriously, the photos don’t do him justice)! His sleek, medium-length coat and long, floofy tail are perfectly complemented by his round ex-tomcat face, strong shoulders, massive gentle paws, and those deep, contemplative amber eyes 👀✨. If you had your heart set on adopting Cole, well, Luca might as well be his long-lost brother!
At around 1–2 years old, Luca showed up at the right doorstep 🚪, begging for food 🍗. He had no interest in wooing the ladies 💁♀️🐱 or getting into brawls with the other tomcats 🥊—he just wanted inside. Since that wasn’t an option right away, he happily settled into the cozy outdoor kitty house 🏠 a kind human set up for him. Given his impressive size, it took her a minute to work up the courage to give him a pet—and surprise, he loved it! 💕
Luca was great with his foster’s other two cats 🐈🐈 and isn’t fazed by men, however he went to a home two months ago with an older, cranky girl kitty and he plays too rough with her. His adopter is sad but she worries his kitty bunny kicks will hurt her when he is just trying to play – so we are looking for a new adopter. He did great with his Maine Coon and Fat Orange foster brother, Evey the older female kitty just isn’t having as much fun with him. Oh, and about that favorite kitty bed of his… let’s just say he really loved it before his neuter 🙈. Like, really loved it. And he preferred an audience (we’re not judging, Luca) 😂. .
He’s a one-of-a-kind, extra-large, extra-handsome house panther 🖤, and he’s ready for his forever home—INDOOR ONLY 🏡❗ Luca is neutered, vaccinated, flea-treated, de-wormed, and NEGATIVE for both feline AIDS and leukemia. He’s also great with his litter box! He has never been introduced to dogs so that would have to be managed patiently during a trial adoption.
Located in San Diego, we would love for the purrfect home to take him on a trial adoption (you will fall in love) 🏠. Adoption fee is $45 but he will come with his favorite bed (the bed is a must).
